Shipping
Everything is printed to order, so the clock starts when the order clears — not when the parcel moves. Stock pieces ship in 3–5 days; made-to-order and custom work takes 7–14 days.
How long it takes
- Stock pieces
- 3–5 days to print, finish and hand over
- Made to order
- 7–14 days — includes a mock-up round
- Custom quotes
- Quote within 48 hours, then 7–14 days once approved
- Transit
- 2–5 business days domestic, 7–21 international
A large multi-part piece can run past the top of those ranges. If it's going to, you'll hear from me before the estimate lapses rather than after.
Cost
Flat $6.50 domestic on any order size, free over $85. International is quoted at checkout from the parcel's real weight — I don't pad it.
Customs duties and import VAT on international orders are the buyer's responsibility. I declare parcels honestly and at their actual value; asking me to mark an order as a gift is the one thing I'll always say no to.
Packing
Everything is bagged, wrapped and boxed with paper fill — no polystyrene beads. Busts and anything with a thin protrusion get a cut foam bed.
You get a photo of the finished piece before it's boxed. If it doesn't look like what you expected, that's the moment to say so, and it costs neither of us anything.
If it arrives broken
Photograph the box and the piece before you unpack any further and email both to hello@boltcraft.net. Transit damage gets reprinted and reshipped at no cost — I don't ask you to return the broken one, and I don't ask you to fight the courier.
